Assigning an Out Geofence for an Employee

In the system, you can create areas for an Employee, which are spatial fences that the Employee must stay in (In Geofence) or keep out of (Out Geofence) during his or her session. Once areas are created, they can be assigned to an Employee.

This topic shows you how to assign an existing Out Geofence to an Employee.

To assign an Out Geofence to an Employee

1. Open the map for the department.
2. In the Tracking screen, click the Sessions tab on the Entity tabs toolbar .
3. In the Sessions grid, click the icon next to the Employee you want to assign an In Geofence to.
4. In the Geofence area of the Tracking screen, located at the bottom of the left side panel, click the link.
5. From the Geofence List, select the check box next to the area you want to assign for the Employee's Out Geofence.
6. Click .
